Job summary The Finance Partner is a key role within the Finance Team based at Hamilton House, Lowestoft. The successful candidate will have a management accounts background, good excel skills, strong communicator, pro-active and comfortable with working with a wide range of people, from a finance and a non-finance background. The successful candidate will support the budget holder by preparing accurate and timely monthly management accounts and in the preparation of an annual budget. This is a part time role of 24 hours across 4 days. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be expected to:- Prepare & post monthly journals including prepayments, accruals and accrued income Prepare, review and present monthly management accounts Prepare balance sheet reconciliations Manage Fixed Asset Registers and post depreciation Frequent meetings with budget holders to discuss financial performance The successful candidate will report to the Finance Reporting Manager.
