Job Description:
1. Level 3 Network support
2. Network NSRs and Network Project activities
3. Network incident diagnostics/resolution
4. Network change implementation via requests made via ITSM
5. Demonstrate a strong 'can do' attitude and willingness to progress
6. Form part of the on-call rota
7. Cisco ACI software defined networks (multi-site & multi-pod)
8. Deep understanding of networking protocols (eg, IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
