Role Specification Role Objective: The Commercial Support Executive is a vital role within the Commercial Team. The role ensures technical support and assistance is provided to the business, assisting with a variety of tasks along with adhoc tasks when required. Summary of Role Responsibilities : • Provide assistance to the Bids & Tender Executive with all bids, tender, RFI, ITT etc responses. Including assistance with assessment, providing synopsis and contributing to storyboard meetings for each tender assigned to the Commercial Team. • Assist with maintaining the Bids & Tender information library within the teams SharePoint. • Reviewing Terms & Conditions, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Code of Conduct reviews. Liaising with legal counsel as and when required. • Review and provide responses for supplier and customer questionnaires. • Assist with the coding of tenders and price comparisons. • Monitor and review the Commercial Teams assistance request 'Ticket' system. Providing the appropriate responses and where required requesting assistance from the relevant team members or other areas of the business. • Policy and Accreditation Control, working with Policy and accreditation owners ensuring the Commercial Team have sight of up-to-date policies and accreditations. • Undertake account administration activities. • Prepare and issue monthly, weekly & daily data reporting. Person Specification QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Essential • Demonstrate experience in Sales, Contracts, Bids and Tenders Management, • Demonstrate experience in the review of Terms and Conditions, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Code of Conducts. • Demonstrate experience in proof reading tenders. Desirable • Experience of bids and tender writing. SKILLS/ ABILITIES Essential • High degree of business acumen. • Experience in Contracts, Supplier / Customer Questionnaires, Bids and Tenders Management. • Ability to communicate on all levels. • Ability to meet tight deadlines. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to self-manage workloads. • High degree of computer literacy, and intermediate/advanced word skills. • Articulate, numerate and literate. • Clear imagination and ability to think in innovative terms. Desirable • Industry experience. • 3 years' experience of working within a Commercial Function. • Contract Management experience.
