We are looking for a strategic financial leader with a passion for driving commercial success and financial integrity to take responsibility for an extended Finance and Procurement function, joining the Board to shape the future of our organisation as Chief Financial Officer.

As Chief Financial Officer you will have a significant commercial impact leading and developing the capabilities of the Finance Functions to drive growth, improve margins, improve efficiency and further develop the integrity of our professional standards.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where your leadership, strategic insight, and financial expertise will play a crucial role.
You will:
* Lead & develop the Finance team, strengthening capabilities through coaching and forward planning.
* Own and manage financial budgets to drive governance, efficiency and commercial growth.
* Ensure high standards of financial governance, collaborating with auditors, external advisors and clients.
* Enhance financial and activity reporting—ensuring insights drive decision-making.
* Develop pricing models and improve profitability across products, services and client relationships.
* Oversee treasury management, ensuring robust cash planning and financial stability.
* Drive financial strategy that aligns with business objectives and fosters sustainable growth.
* Lead procurement and product management, ensuring a structured, disciplined and strategic approach.
You will be:

You must be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with extensive post-qualification experience in a large multifunctional business environment. You will be easily able to demonstrate the impact you have made in previous organisations in regulatory financial reporting, budgeting and strategic financial planning.
You will be supported by an able and experienced team, so it is key that you easily engage, influence and motivate your teams to deliver excellence.
