We are delighted to be retained to work with a fantastic client to add to their forward-thinking and busy HR department. We are looking to discuss this role with HR professionals who thrive in a fast environment and can bring a wealth of experience in case management. This role will be based on site 5 days per week in order for you to engage and develop a well-established and driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert HR advice and support to employees and managers on a range of HR matters.
2. Maintain and update personnel records, contracts, and internal databases.
3. Ensure compliance with employment laws, updating policies and procedures as required.
4. Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures, offering guidance to management.
5. Produce reports on HR activity for senior management.
6. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR role, with a focus on Case Management.
2. Ability to obtain a clean Disclosure Scotland.
Site based - Monday to Friday
