Job Title: Senior Project Professional (BID)

Salary: From £40,748 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting with capacity to lead various sections of bid development opportunities within the wider support of the Dreadnought Programme.
* Maintain corporate mandate governance for the full lifecycle management and with this, you will be supporting the bid manager in ensuring that bid opportunities are fit for purpose and delivered on time, expected cost and quality demands.
* Support in aspects of planning and the execution of the overall bid cycle/governance plan for specific bids.
* You will be assisting the bid development activity in a timely and efficient manner, whilst managing schedules and overseeing key reviews.
* Help the Bid Manager to define, tailor and implement a suitable Bid process to fit the Opportunity building on process mandates and best practices available.
* Support to generate and gain approval for implementing a realistic bid plan and schedule (including resources, budgets, responsibilities and task allocation).
Your skills and experiences:
* Proven experience within the use of Microsoft Project Schedule systems.
* Healthy experience within bid management will be required.
* Demonstrable experience within a project management environment and a good understanding of the project lifecycle and processes within.
* Previous exposure to complex solutions from within a highly complex organisation.
