Position
As part of LVMH / Moët Hennessy, The Glenmorangie Company crafts, distributes and markets two of Scotland’s most acclaimed single malt whiskies; Glenmorangie and Ardbeg.
The Senior Marketing Project Lead will contribute to the long-term equity and profitable development of Ardbeg by managing the delivery of several critical brand projects. This role offers a unique omni-channel view of the Ardbeg brand: with management and delivery of the Ardbeg House project covering brand homes and experiences, earned media and PR.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage partnered design agencies, ensuring 5-star luxury standards.
* Maintain regular communication and positive relationships with consultants, property management, senior management in MH, and the local community and stakeholders.
* Reconcile project plans designs and project budget.
* Work with Head of Brand Homes to ensure appropriate staffing levels are in place.
* Deliver to a luxury standard: the retail offering, POSM, and all signage, amenities, and movable goods.
* Identify new sources of growth and target new consumers with the most relevant strategy to develop the brand worldwide.
* Develop and deliver compelling and actionable global brand programmes, aligned to brand positioning to build brand desirability and velocity.
* Support the annual market brand planning process and review.
* Be a dynamic and passionate ambassador of the Brand, always seeking to strengthen Ardbeg’s reputation both internally and externally.
* Build effective relationships with cross-functional colleagues in the Maison and with local Market brand team counterparts.
* Assist Brand Team and Head of Brand as required on other ad hoc projects.
* Conduct a post-mortem analysis of key projects to integrate key learnings.
Profile
Professional/Technical Experience
* University qualification or relevant experience
* Strong marketing skills: innovation and product development, brand strategy, and creative development experience essential
* Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders, budget management, and adhering to project timelines
* Research and knowledge synthesis
