Stratford-on-Avon District Council is looking for a forward-thinking Head of Housing, Revenues and Customer Services to drive community change.

We're looking for a visionary leader who can transform community support. This role will be integral to the delivery of Customer Services and responsible for collecting all Council Tax and Business Rates to support the maintenance of the council’s strong financial position. The ideal candidate will work closely with housing partners, navigating complex legislative landscapes with strategic thinking and a deep commitment to community welfare.

You will be a collaborative professional with experience in either housing, revenues, or customer services. You'll be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving positive change, someone who can turn ambitious goals into tangible community benefits. This is an exciting opportunity for a real people person with a caring and understanding approach, to lead on programmes in this area, including working with the local community and voluntary groups to support residents in their homes. The ideal person will be able to demonstrate experience and skills in building positive and productive relationships with colleagues and partners.
