Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation looking to add a Service Administrator to its team based in Haverhill.
You will be responsible for scheduling and planning jobs, liaising with the project team and checking delivery lead times.
Duties include:
1. Liaising with the Projects team for Engineer availability.
2. Ordering van stock when required.
3. Organising Subcontractor if required.
4. Submitting payments for invoicing.
5. Checking delivery lead times and fees.
6. Quoting remedial works if applicable.
7. Allocating stock on the system to the correct engineer.
8. Distributing parts to the engineer collection point.
9. Taking incoming calls.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
