We are seeking a Recruiter to join MI5 at GCHQ, based in Manchester or Cheltenham. This role involves providing a professional and inclusive experience to our customers, candidates, and colleagues, while delivering high-quality employees. The Recruiter will deliver recruitment campaigns, mainly for GCHQ, within short timeframes, and work alongside our external recruitment partner to keep candidates engaged throughout the process. The role requires a minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment, talent spotting, or HR, and the ability to communicate with a variety of people and build relationships. Training and development opportunities are available, and the successful candidate will have access to a dedicated development budget and a range of internal training courses.
