This role is part of my client's Business development team, identifying, win, maintain and grow their customers in a defined territory. Objective is to obtain rapid growth within the market.
Main responsibilities:
You are responsible to grow your sales region year over year at a set growth expectation assigned by the BDD. Your growth will come from new customers, retention, and penetration through world-class Account Management.
Report to your manager on a weekly basis your sales activity, key customers advancements and updated CRM Opportunities.
You are responsible for the sales growth, profitability for your customer. This means you need to communicate your strategy effectively to the entire team (internal & external customers) to grow our business rapidly.
Time is of the essence. Move your sales with passion and quickly. Have energy in your sales, close with a high sense of urgency.
The Person:
Proven experience of working in a sales environment
Self starter with strong initiative to make positive change within the organisation and the customers they represent
Fantastic presentation skills
Has a demonstrated proven track record of success
You have proven record of selling effectively to senior executives of corporations
Industry knowledge (desired)
