What you'll do:
* Lead the Duty Team: Manage referrals, inquiries, and day-to-day operations.
* Support & Empower: Provide guidance and supervision to your team.
* Safeguarding Champion: Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Care Planning Expert: Oversee Care Act assessments, S42 enquiries, and support plans.
* Decision-Making: Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.
Who you are:
* Registered Social Worker: Hold a Social Work degree and be registered with Social Work England.
* Strength-Based Approach: Passionate about empowering individuals.
* Excellent Communicator: Fluent English is essential.
* Team Player: Collaborative and supportive.
