About The Job This is a permanent, part time position covering 26.25 (0.7WTE) hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity for you, as a visionary Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner, to develop your leadership skills within the IUC setting. This leadership role will encompass motivating and inspiring a cohort of remote working GPs and Advanced Clinical Practitioners working across Practice Plus Groups (PPG) Clinical Assessment (CAS) and Out of Hours (OOH) services. As a practicing Senior Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will be a role model and provide clinical support, mentorship and supervision to the team. In addition to the Clinical Lead role, you will be expected to do a number of clinical hours within our IUC services, the hours of which can be negotiated. Main duties of the job Your role will include responsibility for the clinical workforce development, ensuring staff are recruited, robustly inducted, and have undertaken appropriate training supervision and development. You will lead on Clinical performance and audit, ensuring that our clinical workforce is safe and effective. You will be an autonomous Clinical Practitioner with at least 3 years experience within a Primary/Urgent Care environment. You will have an MSc in Advanced Practice/Clinical Practice or similar accredited programme/credentialling and hold an independent prescribing qualification. How We Will Support You?
