Our client, a leading and innovative tech-driven giant, collaborates with some of the biggest retail brands across the UK and a firm household name used by well over 10+ million customers per week. We’re working closely with them as they embark on a hunt for a talented Programme Manager with a background in operational logistics to tackle a challenging, high-profile project.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the future of the business and thus needs a trusted politically savvy individual that can manage upwards and drive things across your remit from shop floor to C Level
Up to £65k salary + 25% bonus
Hybrid working with 1-3 times a month spent in Leeds office
Core tasks include:
* Coordinate and manage interdependent projects and BAU activities.
* Ensure delivery of required outcomes within budget, quality, scope, timeline, and benefit parameters.
* Deliver projects within defined constraints.
* Track project progress and report to Head of Change.
* Contribute to the Portfolio Management Team.
* Manage project financials, risks, and issues.
* Structure and sequence project changes.
* Prioritise project requests in line with most important

* Influence business cases and support benefit realisation planning.
* Manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
* Lead and motivate a team of Programme and Project Managers.
