The post holders will play a crucial role within our team to deliver a broad portfolio of clinical trials offering our patients access to the latest treatments across both Haematology and Oncology. The post holders will get the opportunity to not only develop existing nursing skills but to gain specialist knowledge and insight into Clinical Research Delivery. By being part of the Oncology/Haematology Research team, they will have the opportunity to learn about different disease areas and work with an extensive multi-disciplinary team. A background knowledge in Haematology/Oncology is essential.
Responsibilities include:
1. Participating in the creation and maintenance of a high-quality clinical research environment.
2. Initiating and managing nursing activities related to academic studies and clinical trials, from initiation to termination, according to ICH good clinical practice guidelines.
3. Supervising junior members of the team.
