Job Overview:
Join our healthcare team as a Healthcare Assistant where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, effective communication skills, and a strong commitment to supporting the well-being of individuals in need.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients under the guidance of healthcare professionals
2. Assist with medication administration and treatments as directed
3. Monitor and record patient vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team
4. Provide support and guidance to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment protocols
5. Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
2. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
3. Familiarity with care home or home care environments is advantageous
Nice-to-Have Skills:
1. Experience working with care plans
2. Ability to effectively communicate in multilingual settings
