The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide leadership and expertise while delivering high-quality speech pathology services to both paediatric and adult clients. With the support of our dedicated administrative team, you will focus on clinical consultations, assessments, treatment planning, and report writing.
While the primary focus is on paediatric care, there is also a growing demand for adult services, particularly in the following areas:
* Autism Spectrum Disorders
* ADHD
* Developmental and Motor Delays
* Learning and Intellectual Disabilities
* Behavioural and Emotional Regulation Challenges
* Sensory Processing Disorders
* Articulation and Accent Modification
* Speech, Communication, and Swallowing Disorders
* Voice Disorders
* Stuttering

Skills & Qualifications
* AHPRA Registration
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist, with expertise in both paediatric and adult care.
* Leadership: Previous leadership experience is highly desirable, as the role involves mentoring junior therapists and contributing to service development.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
* Certifications Required: First Aid, Working With Children Check (WWCC), National Police Check (NPC), and a valid Driver’s Licence.
