We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join a luxury ready-to-wear fashion brand launching later this year. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the production and daily operations of a culturally rich and innovative brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with mills and factories to manage production requirements.
2. Place orders for fabrics, trims, and finishes as needed.
3. Monitor stock levels and maintain supplier communication.
4. Arrange and oversee shipments to ensure timely delivery.
5. Set up supplier accounts on behalf of the designer.
6. Source and collect fabrics within London.
7. Maintain and update collection spreadsheets.
Skills and Experience Required
1. Background in textiles or fashion with an eagerness to learn about the operations of a luxury fashion brand.
2. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
