My client, an Engineering company based in the Droitwich area, is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a Permanent basis. The main functions of the role include - Keep all financial records updated - Support the finance team with payments and invoices - Manage Bank Reconciliations and transactions on a daily basis - Support payroll - General admin tasks to support the finance team - Chasing late payments - Manage expenses - Assist with audits As a suitable candidate you will offer the following - Ideally hold AAT Level 2 or similar Accounting qualification - Previous experience supporting payroll function - String IT Skills including experience of payroll systems such as SAGE - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail - this role will require you to work 5 days a week on-site(no hybrid option) The salary on offer is up to £28,000 Keywords Accounts, processing payments, invoices, bank reconciliations, AAT, sage, 50, 200, financial statements, expenses, budgets
