A fantastic new vacancy has arisen across all of our locations. We are recruiting multiple Compliance and Audit Facilitators to join our organisation.
In this critical role you will support the Operational Managers to record, complete and report on all audits required in your setting.
This role will be based on-site with some travel requirements to carry out physical audits, therefore a full UK compatible driver's licence is essential for this role.
Main duties of the job
To carry out your duties, you will need to be a self-motivated individual with great attention to detail and have excellent administrative skills.
Accuracy is essential to this role, ensuring that our auditing processes are compliant, as well as supporting our Trust Improvement and Transformation Programmes.
As part of your daily duties you will be required to carry out a variety of audits such as;
* Vehicle Audits
* Staff Uniform Audits
* IPC (Infection Prevention Control) Audit
* Meds management
* Fire Safety Audit
In addition, you will need to be comfortable recording the audits you conduct, as well as promoting best practice to operational staff, to ensure that quality recording and reporting remain in place.

Knowledge, Training, and Experience
* Educated to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject, or equivalent level of qualification, or significant equivalent previous proven experience.

* Trained or willing to be within 12 months of appointment as a Loggist.
