Senior Project Manager (Housing Development)
Salary: £60,000 pa

This role will help us achieve our vision of “creating fantastic places to live and enjoy life” by supporting the organisation’s growth ambitions, including the identification and negotiation of new business opportunities. You will project manage the delivery of development projects while providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate leadership behaviours aimed at ensuring colleagues develop their potential in line with the values of the organisation.
2. Identify and develop future growth opportunities through excellent strategic partnership working and relationship management with private and public sector partners.
3. Manage strategic relationships and funding agreements with Homes England and other relevant funding partners.
4. Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders by understanding their different needs and tailoring your approach.
5. Work collaboratively with internal teams on all projects, sharing information at key stages.
6. Project manage major regeneration and complex projects, managing multi-disciplinary teams and partners to achieve agreed outcomes, balancing risk, quality, time, and budget parameters.
We need people who are:
1. Professionally qualified within a construction, housing, or related professional discipline.
2. Experienced in extensive project management within a property-related environment, including large scale and complex projects.
3. Skilled in procurement of contracts and management of contracts/consultants, site acquisition, sales, and marketing of property.
4. Knowledgeable of the Homes England & GMCA requirements for funding and regulation.
5. Able to identify new development business opportunities with strong problem solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
6. Excellent in written, verbal, mathematical, and presentation skills.
7. Holders of a full valid driving licence with access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
