A UK-based IoT Solutions Provider is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to drive sales performance and success across the organisation. This role involves developing and managing sales processes to maximise sales performance and success, including optimising systems and CRM utilisation, and providing detailed reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in achieving business goals, as well as the operational co-ordination of projects. Additionally, you will support the Sales Director on key client-facing collateral, including quotations, presentations, handling general enquiries, and delivering outstanding customer support where required. Responsibilities: CRM and Internal Systems Management. Serve as the Super User for all sales operations tools and systems, including but not limited to Prospect and Monday.com. Support sales forecasting and pipeline management and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and Sales & Marketing metrics for the leadership team. Reporting and Analytics. Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of sales performance through detailed sales analytics and reporting. Project Support and Coordination. Lead and drive business process improvements, workflow creation, re-engineering, and productivity enhancement initiatives across the organisation. Process Improvement. Identify recurring challenges within existing processes, systems, and inter-departmental relationships. Propose and implement solutions to streamline, update, or create new processes that enhance operational efficiency. Sales Enablement and Support: Assist with onboarding and training for the sales team. Produce ad-hoc reports and lead the reinforcement of Sales Operations and CRM best practices across the organisation. Requirements Experience and a strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management. Experience and confidence working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Prospect) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Monday.com) Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyse, and interpret complex sales data. Experience in creating and presenting reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Proficiency in using data to drive strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Understanding of sales and marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
