O&M Maintenance Service Delivery Leads
Our client is a leading provider of construction and O&M support to major offshore wind/ energy projects throughout the UK and Europe.
Due to new and existing projects they are recruiting, for additional service delivery leads to support the busy offshore maintenance team.
This is an onshore role, duties will include:
* Providing co-ordination and management of all offshore defect and repair works including approving work packs. scheduling and approval of RAMS.
* Act as the prime interface with clients, contractors and colleagues.
* Undertaking technical reviews of defect registers, managing daily progress reports, actioning, and resolving and issues.
* Running daily offshore meetings and management of manning and maintenance plans for current and future works.
* You will ideally have an electrical background gained in the energy / manufacturing industries with experience of planning maintenance work.
* Conducting Technical review of defects register, reviewing all relevant material with the technical team and group engineering where applicable to determine the most appropriate cost-effective solution.
* Uphold and adhere to companies QHSE policies and standards,
* Excellent Microsoft Office Skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint with the ability to create as well as populate documents to a high standard.
* Prepare and manage KPI requirements both internal and contractually, including cost, schedule and change control updates, highlighting key issues and concerns.
* Educated to a minimum of GCSE/ 'O' Level Including English and Maths.
