Job role: Night Youth Support Worker
Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire
Salary: £25,798 - £26,331 per annum
Hourly rate: £12.40 - £12.66 per hour
Bonus: Opportunity to earn £1400 attendance bonus

Night Youth Support Workers work closely with young people and provide assistance and support while attending to practical, physical and emotional needs and ensure safety throughout the night.
What you’ll bring:
1. Experience supporting vulnerable people in a workplace environment or professional capacity
2. Experience of working with behaviours that challenge
3. Education to GCSE level or equivalent
4. QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to complete
5. Availability to work 11hr shifts (9pm-8am) on a 4 on 4 off basis including weekends and bank holidays
6. Ability to be able to complete three-week mandatory induction 9am-5pm Mon-Fri in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
7. A full UK Driving Licence
