If so, we have the role for you At NoteMachine, we're on the hunt for Technical Support Team Leader to be one of the driving force behind our mission to deliver cash when and where it's needed most. You will begin your career with us working Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:00 whilst you receive training in your role. Upon completion of your training period, you will change to our ‘4-on-4-off’ shift pattern, working 12-hour days. With our in-house training, you'll become the expert behind the connections that keep our ATMs running smoothly across the UK. Day in the Life: As a Technical Support Team Leader, your days are dynamic, covering everything from basic router configurations to troubleshooting network faults. You'll be a valued member of the go-to team of people for our internal and external customers, resolving technical issues with your learnt expertise and precision. Whether you're on the phone with one of our engineers or diving into spreadsheets, your role is pivotal in our operations division. Using your team leadership skills, you will also be responsible for making sure that your team is able to run as effectively as possible. The Right Fit: The right candidate will be a natural leader who can get the best out of a team working in a fast-paced. They will be a team player with an eye for detail and a passion for learning and development for themselves and their team. No advanced experience is necessary ; we're committed to providing top-notch training in an environment where your contributions have a direct impact on our daily operations.
