Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing and ensuring accurate correlation with PO numbers
Managing and maintaining spreadsheets for records and reporting
Handling phone and email correspondence professionally
Performing general office administration tasks, including filing and document preparation
Ordering supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained
Supporting the team with additional tasks as required
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to quickly learn and use bespoke software systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
A positive attitude with great attention to detail
