Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage claims from initial notification to resolution, ensuring thorough investigation and appropriate responses.
2. Negotiate settlements within delegated authority, balancing efficiency and fairness.
3. Maintain accurate case records on the electronic case management system.
4. Report regularly to insurers and ensure adherence to both internal and insurer KPIs and SLAs.
5. Proactively manage a caseload to avoid litigation and ensure effective resolutions.
6. Identify and report potential risks, supporting the Head of Claims with insights on trends.
7. Build strong relationships with insured professionals, insurers, and suppliers.
