Role x You
Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Managing Director, this role is critical in driving and executing Mvmnt’s growth strategy. The role will be responsible for identifying and executing distribution partnerships through PayTV and OEM TV platforms, growing reach for the Mvmnt TV app worldwide. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering market insights, and executing sales strategies will be essential to achieving success.
In the short term:
* Identify, develop, and execute distribution partnerships with leading Pay-TV and Smart TV platforms to increase mvmnt’s visibility and user base.
* Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations, from initial outreach and business case development to contract execution and implementation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, marketing, product, and legal to ensure seamless integration with partners.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations to drive mutual growth and long-term collaboration.
* Align with management on budgetary goals and execute strategies to meet and exceed targets.
After 6 months:
* Lead Mvmnt’s representation at key events, travelling as needed to build and strengthen relationships.
* Establish a strong reputation for Mvmnt among global tech platforms and fitness brands ensuring Mvmnt is viewed as a priority partner.
* Develop pre-sales strategies for fitness content in production and explore co-production opportunities with partners.
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging distribution opportunities to inform strategy and stay ahead of industry developments.
* Continuously refine and execute Mvmnt’s distribution strategy, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and partner programming needs.
You have these:
* Proven experience in partner distribution with a strong track record of delivering results.
* An established network of clients and contacts with PayTV and Smart TV platforms.
* Strong understanding of digital content distribution, subscription models, and platform ecosystems.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage complex sales cycles and maximise the value of content distribution.
* Strong ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
We'd love it if you also have Experience in pre-sales and co-production deals.
The candidate must reside in the UK and be available for one day per week office visits in London, specifically on Tuesdays.
