We are excited to invite applications for the role of Head of Procurement and Value, a critical leadership position where you will guide our procurement strategy, foster meaningful partnerships, and deliver real impact across the University. Your Role
As Head of Procurement and Value, you’ll lead a team of talented professionals, working together to shape and deliver forward-thinking procurement strategies across a varied range of procurement activities including capital development, facilities, IT contracts and highly technical scientific equipment to support our world-class research. You will contribute to Aston’s strategic aims and objectives, with particular focus on value for money, sustainability, and social value, as well as monitoring and improving non-pay efficiency and contract compliance so that all categories of spend are actively managed.

Together with your CIPS qualification you’ll bring:
Extensive procurement experience.
Knowledge of UK Public Contracts Regulations and compliance practices.
