Description
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will:
1. Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall People Plan, through active participation and by leading people programme projects across the business.
2. Provide proactive support and challenge to the senior management team on all aspects of people and organisation development, driving a high-performing culture and contributing to the business plan.
3. Create and deliver local people plans to support this, ensuring they help deliver to critical business priorities and performance measures.
4. Lead the annual cycle of people activity, including pay review, performance calibration, and employee engagement.
5. Provide HR solutions to the business on employee engagement, organisational design/restructuring, talent and succession management, learning & development, performance management, and resource planning. Ensure HR solutions represent an appropriate balance between external market practice and internal policy and practice.
6. Work in partnership with the HR Director and business leaders to diagnose cultural levers and interventions that will drive the right culture.
7. Lead and drive organisational change initiatives by providing expertise in organisational design, change management, and engagement.
8. Utilise HR metrics and analytics to drive data-led decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programmes and services.
Profile
1. Experience as a strategic, commercially focused Senior HR Business Partner.
2. A passion for driving change and optimisation, with proven achievements in delivering customer centric cultural change.
3. Experience of leading organisational change with a focus on talent management, organisation design and culture change.
4. Excellent Senior Stakeholder Management.
5. Experience of leading a team.
6. A good understanding of Reward and People Development methodologies and current best practice.
Job Offer
1. A competitive salary in the range of £80,000 - £110,000 (dependant on experience).
