Park Warden - Billing Aquadrome - Northampton, Northamptonshire Job Title: Touring Park Warden/s Location: Billing Aquadrome, Crow Lane, Little Billing, Northampton NN3 9DA Employment Type: Seasonal - Full Time Salary: £12.21 per hour Shift Pattern: Mondays: 12 - 8 Tuesday: Off Wednesday: 8 - 5 Thursday: 8 - 5 Friday: 12 - 8 The team at Billing Aquadrome are looking for a Touring Park Warden/s to assist the Park Manager in the operation and upkeep of the touring areas, including the grounds and facility buildings. Our aim, to deliver the highest standards and very best guest experience to all park visitors. Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall touring experience for visitors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction To manage the Brand New Glamping Pods and assist its occupants Working as part of a team to deliver an excellent guest experience. Maintaining the cleanliness of the touring area & facility buildings. Assisting guests when they check-in and provide assistance where required. Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner Develop and maintain a strong relationship with seasonal and day pitch holders. To undertake pitch audits, reporting any repairs required or health & safety concerns. Skills / Experience Required: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required We are looking for positive, friendly, energetic individuals, with a “can do” attitude – if this sounds like you…get in touch.
