Exciting new opportunity to work for a leading construction company in their head office based in Woking and projects around Surrey. These projects include new builds & extensions within the housing sector.
The H&S Manager will be responsible for implementing and ensuring of all H&S regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and ensure that the highest standards of H&S are always maintained.
2. Creation and review of risk assessments, method statements, and COSHH assessments.
3. Pre-construction / Construction Phase Plan and H&S file creation and management.
4. Undertake site audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on the findings.
5. Ensure compliance on all sites / CDM advice and guidance
6. Attending site and management meetings
7. Hold, chair, and minute meetings/produce and present presentations
Requirements:
8. Currently UK based
9. Proven, minimum 3 years previous experience within a UK construction H&S role.
10. IOSH certificate
11. First aid qualified
12. Full, clean UK driving licence
13. Thorough understanding of CDM regulations and site H&S
