An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised administrator to join our Operations team.
Managing a set of key customers, this role will involve administrative support of all sales order processing activity including inputting order information, and ensuring our product moves, collections and supporting installations and training are scheduled and managed seamlessly via internal channels and our delivery, logistics and warehousing partners.
Working alongside a supportive team, you will be using a range of internal software systems, as well as communicating with a broad range of teams internally and externally, from sales to technical, and 3rd parties such as customers and logistics partners.
The role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently. There is also a real focus on customer support and communication and attention to detail is also key, to ensure each step of the process is documented and updated for all involved.
The successful candidate will be provided with the training and support required to learn our systems and processes, as well as longer term development opportunities.
To be suitable, you must have:
* Proven administrative experience in a commercial business environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects concurrently
* Experience in managing expectations both internally and externally
* Experience of working with a variety of different software systems
* Understanding and following set processes
* Commercial acumen; able to understand the business impact of a situation and prioritise and communicate accordingly
* Problem solving skills
* Good working knowledge of MS Office/ Office365
