About the role:
* Lead the Business Continuity team, managing day-to-day activities
* Continuously review and evolve assessments and tests, identifying risks and recommending mitigation
* Drive engagement and understanding of business continuity practices at all levels of the organisation
* Collaborate with technology and third-party teams to design and implement continuity and exit plans
* Work closely with security and leadership teams to prepare for unexpected challenges
* Ensure regulatory compliance with Operational Resilience standards
About you:
* Proven experience in managing business continuity programs, including disaster recovery and testing
* Knowledge of Operational Resilience regulations and embedding them into processes
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across all levels of an organisation
* People leadership experience with a focus on team development
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and deliver optimal solutions
