We are looking for a Site Operative to join the Frontier team, based at Wickenby, on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 9 months.
You will be carrying out day-to-day activities of the site; to assist in the delivery of high standards of safety, quality and operations whilst being a part of a team that operates with integrity and accountability while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Your Role
As a Site Operative your role will involve:
19. Assisting Site Management with all aspects of CP Storage Operations
20. Assisting Site Management to comply with Health, Safety and Quality procedures including keeping records to ensure compliance
21. Working to customer requirements regarding picking, loading/unloading and stocktaking to ensure desired levels of quality and service
22. Ensuring general housekeeping and hygiene of the site is maintained
23. Ensuring the stores and equipment are maintained to a high standard
24. Operation of Mechanical Handling Equipment in line with training provided.
25. Carrying out any other reasonably expected tasks delegated by your supervisor.
26. Supporting the Crop Protection store during peak times
27. Provide driver cover for the deliveries
