As an HR Adviser, you will provide expert advice and support on a range of HR activities to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, people-focused service. Working closely with managers and employees, you will be instrumental in driving key HR initiatives and promoting best practices across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law to managers and employees. Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating induction programs. Advise on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases. Partner with managers to identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs. Monitor and analyse HR metrics, contributing to strategic workforce planning.
