We have a busy weekday community programme supporting our mission to the community. We are recruiting an Administrator to support the efficient running of our church life and community programme. Key Responsibilities: The Administrator will be responsible for providing an administrative service including maintaining financial records, raising invoices and inputting weekly finance information into an electronic accounting system. The successful candidate will coordinate hall bookings and maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels and anticipating needs. To ensure all health & safety standards are met and good records are kept, you will assist the management of the Safeguarding requirements, including Children's workers files, Risk Assessments and record keeping. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate: Working knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft Office Suites including Words and Excel) Ability to work with numbers and money Ability to multi-task and manage own time effectively Capacity to take on administrative tasks in support of the team Able to handle confidential information appropriately In order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.
