The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple requirements and workloads effectively.
Entry level 2-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously and effectively handle workload.
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years’ Experience in recruitment and sourcing.
• Sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
