The Role
and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and lead the strategy for our organic social media channels and create campaigns that align.
2. Build and develop a social media content strategy to support the embedding and growth of our new brands.
3. Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy that resonate with our B2B audience.
4. Develop a social media calendar for all brands, ensuring key consumer hooks are included and the latest market trends applied.
5. Create and manage our social media playbook for all brands.
6. Monitor and measure performance through key performance indicators.
7. Conduct regular competitor monitoring and benchmarking.
8. Foster relationships with industry influencers and key stakeholders to amplify our reach and credibility.
9. Keep up to date with industry advances so that our brands are represented by an innovative and engaging activity.
10. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve social media strategies and campaigns.
11. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management on social media performance and ROI.
12. Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business strategies.
13. Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed to enhance social media initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
Skilled with 3+ years experience in social media management or a similar digital role (either in-house or agency).
14. Proven track record of delivering successful social media strategies and campaigns.
15. A deep understanding of the varying social media channels, their best use cases, and differences between their audiences
16. A confident and personable communicator, comfortable working at all levels of our business.
17. Used to managing multiple projects at the same time and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
18. Able to plan engaging content but also able to react quickly and adapt as necessary.
19. A self-starter with a tenacious attitude.
