Job Title: College Scout
Hours: 15 hours per week (3 hours daily, Tuesday to Saturday)
Salary: £9,742.20 per year (£12.49 per hour)
Reporting to: Accommodation and Housekeeping Manager

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated College Scout to join our housekeeping team. You will be instrumental in maintaining the College's reputation for cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties across College areas, including student accommodations, offices, dining spaces, and communal areas.
- Maintain cleanliness to high standards, ensuring areas are safe and well-stocked.
- Support room preparations for events and functions.
- Work collaboratively within the housekeeping team, assisting with additional tasks during busy periods.
- Provide courteous service to all College members and visitors, addressing inquiries or redirecting them as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles (hospitality, educational, or similar environments preferred).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Physical fitness to meet job demands (standing, lifting, repetitive movements).
