Company Description
Chubb Fire & Security are looking to hire a Fire and Security Sales Consultant. The main goal of this role is to sell the full portfolio of fire detection and prevention and electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms) and service contracts to a range of existing customers and new business customers within the North East region .
Job Description
1. Develop existing and cultivate new customer relationships within your territory in line with your Individual sales plan.
2. Leverage CRM to manage your results.
3. Invest in effective research of prospects to identify a compelling sweet spot
4. Achieve and exceed monthly / annual targets for installation order value, gross margin, and recurring revenue.
5. Lead demand-generating activities in an assigned market for the product specialty.
6. Build a sales pipeline to support the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly growth targets
Qualifications
7. Strong sales background with proven track record
8. Ability to sell a service or concept
9. Exposure to Technical, solution-based sales (Advantageous)
10. Strong territory management and sales planning skills
11. Current UK driving licence

12. Basic salary up to £40k - OTE £55k (Uncapped)
