Your new role
Are you a dedicated and detail-orientated Repair & Maintenance Planner? This long-term role will offer responsibility for planning, coordination, and overseeing of repair and maintenance activities across the housing portfolio, ensuring that properties are maintained to the highest standards. Specifically, you will develop and implement maintenance schedules for housing properties, coordinate with contractors and trades teams to ensure the timely completion of repairs, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in repair and maintenance planning, preferably within the housing sector.
2. Excellent organisation and time management skills.
3. Proficient in maintenance management software.
