Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Paralegal to join our Estate Planning Team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop or enhance their legal career, focusing on Wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.
As a Paralegal, you will support our legal team in drafting legal documents related to Wills, powers of attorney, and trusts. You will communicate with clients, assist with case administration, and manage your own caseload. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft and prepare Wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents with guidance from more experienced team members.
2. Provide clients with clear updates and respond to their queries professionally.
3. Assist with legal administration, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
4. Manage your own caseload, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
5. Liaise with solicitors, clients, and other parties involved in estate planning matters.
6. Work collaboratively with the team to meet client and firm objectives.
Skills:
1. Confident in communicating with clients and explaining legal processes clearly.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
3. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in solving problems.
4. Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
Salary: £22,308 per annum (pro-rated if less than 37.5 hrs per week).
Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Preferred Experience: Paralegal (1 Year).
