Key Responsibilities
·Engage with decision-makers through outbound calls to generate new leads for Account Managers and Account Directors.
·Arrange leads and callbacks for the Account Management Team.
·Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective businesses to expand market share.
·Handle inbound sales enquiries, generating opportunities through new and existing business.
·Support business call campaigns as directed by your line manager.
·Perform other in-house duties as required.
·Stay updated with products and services through both in-person and computer-based training.
