We are excited to have joined the Health and Housing Partnership with Public Health, Grand Union, and Peabody. Our focus in the partnership is to understand more about bpha's customers, using our data and that from Public Health to proactively take steps to improve the customer experience and improve public health outcomes across our area of operation.
We are currently looking for a data-focused Research and Insight Analyst to support an ongoing programme of research and insight analysis. The role is within our Service Improvement team who focus on the customer experience across the organisation.
We are seeking an individual with a passion for championing the customer through communicating findings and making service improvement recommendations.
What you will be doing:
1. You will be a primary link into the Health and Housing Partnership, which is likely to include working in the Bedford Borough Public Health office for approximately one day each week.
2. Effectively support the delivery of research projects from the early scoping stage through to reporting, communicating findings and making recommendations as appropriate.
3. Support all customer insight work being the champion for research and analytics.
4. Work collaboratively with all business functions and partners, to ensure data analysis is carried out effectively and used in an outcome-based approach.
5. Work closely with the BI team to assist with your reporting needs.
6. Apply research findings from within the partnership, the sector, and wider to inform evidence-based decision making.
7. Support improvement activities across the business.
We'd love to meet someone with:
1. A high level of data analysis experience.
2. A strong customer-centred focus.
3. Excellent analytical skills, able to analyse large and small sets of data to draw suitable conclusions and/or spot trends with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
4. Excellent IT skills to include Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
5. Understanding of research methods and able to interpret data.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and findings in a clear and concise manner, and the ability to communicate and establish effective working relationships at all levels across a variety of teams.
7. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and objectives.
9. Analysing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
