We can train you up on the other DSP's quickly. Experience in the music industry or digital distribution an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage Projects Knowledge of digital distribution platforms and the music industry's trends and challenges Articulate and has a good understanding of broader music ecosystem Proactive and always up for taking on new challenges and projects What will your role look like? Respond to general inquiries via email, providing proactive and helpful assistance to clients Upload client tracks, albums, and metadata to streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Review and approve releases, ensuring proper copyright checks using our in-house AI system Maintain accurate and up-to-date metadata to maximize visibility and royalties Perform pre-release quality checks on audio, artwork, and metadata to ensure compliance with platform standards Ensure content has proper rights clearances, licenses, and permissions, including handling publishing rights and royalties. Training and automated tools are provided for rights-related tasks Build and maintain strong DSP relationships, helping secure editorial placements and promotional opportunities for artists Collaborate with marketing to optimise release strategies, dates, and campaigns for maximum engagement and sales Track release performance and report trends, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness to internal teams. Resolve issues like rejected or delayed content by liaising with DSPs and technical teams.
