Week 2; Monday, Wednesday, Friday Notaro Care Homes are recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to work at their ARBD Care Home, Campania. Campania provide specialist support for individuals living with mental health problems such as Korsakoff’s syndrome and the effects of Alcohol-Related Brain Damage. As an Activities Coordinator you will provide meaningful, fun and varied activities in all shapes and sizes, supporting residents to build and maintain important life skills. Your primary focus is to promote and ensure a stimulating environment in which the emotional, social, physical and intellectual needs are met for every resident living at Campania. Residents at Campania require reablement to assist them with getting their lives back on track. They need someone with high motivation levels, who will interact and engage with them on a personal but professional level; someone who can achieve trust and be a strong, positive presence. Duties Include: Producing a weekly activities plan for the care home and updating the activities file Ensuring residents are receiving the highest quality care and are occupied throughout their day, including regular resident visits to establish any wants or concerns they may have Organising group and personalised activities to fulfil the residents needs.
