South Molton Community Hospital has a 20 bedded Rehabilitation ward for patients who live in North Devon. The majority of patients are transferred from North Devon District Hospital. There are opportunities to deliver rehabilitation in a creative way, the team are passionate about delivering holistic patient care to support good clinical outcomes. If you are a flexible and creative in your approach to work, enjoy working in a multi disciplinary team, have an interest in developing yourself and others, this could be the opportunity for you.

* An excellent communicator who can problem solve quickly and effectively while demonstrating sound clinical knowledge in all core areas.
* Intuitive and capable of delivering high quality and safe Occupational Therapy interventions in a creative way.
* Experienced at complex discharge planning, with knowledge of equipment.
You will be required to be an autonomous practitioner and have appropriate post graduate training.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00 - 16.00 with occasional weekend working on the Acute site.
