Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: City of London
Role: Temporary Role - Rolling contract
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Ryder Reid are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to work for one of our top US Law Firm Clients. You will be responsible for providing high-quality and timely admin support to the Human Resources department and must be available immediately.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Onboarding/offboarding support: Filing/uploading new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules.
2. Data entry: Updating employee records, maintaining databases e WD, ON, and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Scheduling: Organising meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
4. Document management: Filing, scanning, and organising HR documents and ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies.
5. General Administrative Tasks: Preliminary research for projects, managing basic emails, and providing general office support.
