As a CAS Key Worker, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes, providing personal care and practical assistance to enhance their quality of life and independence.
* Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
* Support clients with medication and daily living tasks
* Encourage clients to participate in community activities and develop social skills
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* One year of social care experience
